DRY CLEAN ONLY. If your pillow needs pressing, it may be lightly steam ironed, however, DO NOT iron directly on decorated areas. Placing parchment paper over the pillow can help you avoid pressing on decorated surfaces. Please handle your pillow with care. Following these instructions will extend the life and enjoyment of your Kerry & Clyde pillow exponentially.
About Our Inserts
Our generously filled 90/10 feather to down pillow inserts are made especially for Kerry & Clyde by a family owned manufacturer located in the United States. Each insert is made to order using 233 thread count 100% white cotton ticking and holds up against any “feather poking” or spillage.
In order to return a product, please fill out our Return Form. The form must be fill filled out within five days of receiving your order. Returning products must be shipped within five days of form submission. All products must be received in good condition in the original packing material. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser, except in the case of damaged merchandise.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
